Use the “Forgot your account?” option on the login page first. If recovery email is unavailable, contact private support and provide the username, registered email if known, approximate registration date and character names. Staff may ask additional non-secret questions to verify ownership.
For a missing purchase, provide the account name, provider transaction ID, date, amount, currency and package. Do not provide full payment credentials. Delivery can be delayed while a provider reviews or confirms a transaction.
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 calendar days after purchase and are reviewed within 7 business days after all required information is received. Once approved, a refund is initiated within 10 business days and is sent only to the original payment method and the same payment details used for the purchase. Appeals should include the account or character, approximate time, sanction reason and a concise explanation. Reports of cheating or harassment should include unedited evidence where possible. Public arguments, threats or repeated duplicate tickets do not speed up review.
