1. Information we may collect
- Account data: username, email address, password hash, registration details and account-security records.
- Game data: characters, progression, inventory, rankings, guild activity, sanctions and server logs.
- Technical data: IP address, browser or device information, timestamps, requested pages, crash and security logs.
- Support data: messages, screenshots and information you voluntarily provide when requesting help.
- Transaction data: provider transaction ID, status, amount, currency, package and delivery record. Full card credentials are handled by the payment provider, not stored by EternalMU.
2. Why we use information
Information is used to create and secure accounts, operate the game and website, deliver purchases, maintain rankings and markets, answer support requests, prevent fraud and cheating, diagnose errors, meet legal obligations and improve service performance.
Depending on applicable law, processing may rely on performance of our service agreement, legitimate interests in security and operation, legal obligations or your consent.
3. Cookies, local storage and advertising
Essential cookies may keep you signed in, protect forms and remember security or language settings. Optional analytics or advertising technologies will be identified when introduced.
If Google advertising or measurement products are enabled, Google and its partners may use cookies or similar technologies. Where legally required, especially in the EEA, United Kingdom and Switzerland, non-essential storage and personalized advertising data will require a valid consent choice with a way to withdraw it.
You can restrict cookies through browser settings, although essential account functions may stop working. A dedicated consent control should be displayed before non-essential advertising cookies are activated.
4. When information may be shared
We may share limited information with hosting, security, email, analytics, payment and technical service providers that need it to perform services for EternalMU. Information may also be disclosed when legally required, to investigate abuse or to protect users and the service.
We do not sell account credentials or payment information. Public game information such as character name, class, level, resets, guild and online status may appear in rankings unless a supported privacy feature applies.
5. Payment providers
When PayPal or another provider is selected, you interact with that provider and its privacy terms also apply. EternalMU may receive confirmation and transaction metadata necessary to verify payment, credit the correct account, prevent fraud and handle refunds or disputes.
6. Retention and security
Data is retained only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above, account history, fraud prevention, dispute handling and legal or accounting duties. Retention periods vary by record type. Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards are used, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
7. Your privacy choices and rights
Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection, and may withdraw consent. Some records must be retained for security, transactions or legal duties. Requests require reasonable account verification and can be submitted through Support.
8. Children and international processing
The service is not intended for children under 13. Players below the age of legal majority should use the service only with permission from a parent or guardian. If personal data is processed in another country, appropriate safeguards will be used where applicable.
9. Policy changes and contact
This policy may be updated as EternalMU adds payment, analytics or advertising services. The effective date will show the latest version. Privacy questions or requests can be sent through Player Support or to support@eternalmu.online.
