EternalMU Stage 1 Guide
Everything available during the opening stage: wing combinations, launch quests, maps, bosses, Golden Monsters, Excellent options, events, class formulas and Lucky equipment.
A controlled start built around farming and discovery.
Stage 1 intentionally limits access to content so that every upgrade, jewel and Excellent item keeps its value. The highest currently available progression areas are Icarus and Aida 2.
Zen has a very low world-drop rate. Devil Square is the main place to farm larger Zen amounts, while quests, invasions and daily events provide the most important early progression rewards.
Everything important in one clean flow.
The opening stage is capped at Icarus and Aida 2. Later zones and stronger content will be introduced through future stages.
Zen, Loch's Feather and valuable equipment are deliberately difficult to obtain so trading and farming remain meaningful.
VIP improves the Level 1 Wings mix from 80% to 90% and grants one additional daily Blood Castle and Devil Square entry.
Blood Castle, Devil Square and Chaos Castle have distinct rewards instead of sharing the same generic drop pool.
Excellent options use their own real rank and value. The displayed option is read from the item itself, not guessed from the item's rarity label.
Character stat scaling follows the classic Webzen-style base formulas, while equipment, skills, buffs and combat modifiers determine the final result.

Guild System
The Guild System in Eternal MU is designed to reward active guilds by allowing them to expand as they progress.
Unlike standard MU servers, guilds can increase their maximum member capacity by leveling up.
Guild Progression:
- Every newly created guild starts with a maximum of 20 members.
- Guilds can gain Guild Levels through progression.
- Each Guild Level increases the maximum number of members.
- At the highest Guild Level, a guild can have up to 25 members.
Party System
In Eternal MU, the Party System has been redesigned to encourage teamwork without providing additional Experience bonuses.
Experience:
- Party play does not grant bonus Experience.
- Whether you hunt solo or in a party, the Experience gained remains exactly the same.
Why Join a Party?
Although there is no XP bonus, parties are still highly recommended.
Monsters on Eternal MU have been rebalanced and are stronger than on a standard MU server, especially during the early stages of progression.
Playing in a party allows you to:
- Hunt stronger monsters safely.
- Train in higher-level hunting spots earlier.
- Progress faster through more challenging areas.
- Improve survivability and overall farming efficiency.
Jewel & Zen Drop System
The drop system in Eternal MU is carefully balanced to maintain a healthy economy while ensuring that every Jewel remains valuable.
Jewel Drop Requirements:
Each Jewel becomes available only after reaching specific monster levels.
| Jewel | Drops From |
|---|---|
| Jewel of Bless | Monsters Level 43+ (starting from Atlans 1 / Lost Tower 1 and higher) |
| Jewel of Soul | Monsters Level 43+ |
| Jewel of Chaos | Monsters Level 43+ |
| Jewel of Life | Monsters Level 57+ (starting from Lost Tower 3 and higher) |
| Jewel of Creation | Monsters Level 62+ (starting from Lost Tower 5 and higher) |
Note: Higher-level monsters have a better chance of dropping valuable Jewels, encouraging players to progress through stronger hunting areas.
Zen Drop:
Zen is intentionally limited throughout most of the game to preserve a stable economy.
- Global Zen Drop: Low
- Every million Zen earned is valuable and must be farmed through active gameplay
Kalima Bonus:
All Kalima maps feature a significantly increased Zen Drop Rate.
Players farming in Kalima 1–7 will earn considerably more Zen than in regular hunting maps, making Kalima the best location for players looking to build their wealth.
Tip: If your goal is to farm Zen efficiently, venture into the Kalima maps. Higher risk comes with greater rewards.
Skill Drop System
