Reborn's visual direction includes Vulkan Ultra and DirectX improvements. Up to 120 FPS is a development target, not a measured benchmark or a guarantee for every configuration.
To assess client smoothness, compare the same scene and settings, changing one option at a time. FPS describes local rendering, while connection latency concerns communication with the server; the two require different adjustments.

Compare smoothness under the same game conditions.
When reporting an issue, include the scene, settings and relevant hardware configuration.
